Our Code Enforcement & Plumbing Inspections are all through our Officer, Kara. You can call and or come into the town office during her available business hours. Please call and make an appointment for any permit questions or inspection requests.

The Town of Newcastle does not currently conduct MUBEC inspections, however per the Building Codes and Standards, the Maine Uniform Building and Energy Code (MUBEC) applies to all towns within the State of Maine. Enforcement of MUBEC is based on population or local action for communities under 4,000 residents.
